A Celebration to Commemorate Black Music Month

ATLANTA, GA - June 3, 2008 - The language of music is universal and the artists and professionals who dare to speak through this universal language possess the power and influence to help build and strengthen community.

To commemorate Black Music Month, author Terrance Dean and In the Life Atlanta, Inc., team up to produce “I AM HIP HOP WEEK” June 8th-14th, 2008. The week honors the achievements and contributions of gays and lesbians within the Hip Hop industry. Activities include: provocative interactive discussions, artist showcases, parties and more!
